MEDEVAC

|

happy easter from the 2nd up crew1
this is basically the run down of how things work...

there are 4 'ready' medevac crews each day. 1st and 2nd up are on 15 minute alert (wheels off deck within 15 minutes of a call for medevac). at the begining of the day, the 1st up crew has "the chicken" and the 2nd up crew has "the waffle". (the crew with "the chicken" is the one called for the next medevac..."the waffle" gets the second or launches with "the chicken" for a cross border mission) "the chicken" swaps between the 1st and 2nd up crews after each medevac.

today for example...i'm on 2nd up. 1st up just launched, so we now have the chicken and will launch on the next medevac. and its supposed to be hot today...we're expecting to launch soon.

Loved seeing what the base looks like & the helicopters in the sand. Are the side "fans" on helicopters for filtering the sand? momma pam
