-the latest killings: 1 doe last friday (85lbs), 1 pregnant pig on sunday (70lbs). i'm trying a new hunting tactic...walk through the jungle at a fast pace...watch for a startled deer to stand looking at you...then shoot it. best thing so far...just have to be careful not to roll an ankle.
-the picture shows the scarring most deer have from scratching ticks with their hooves. looks kinda sick, but the ticks on the island carry no disease.
