It can be so frustrating to lose an entire entry that is incredibly long...however, because I care about each of you so much I'll write it all again. Smile. And in tribute to my brother, Justin, I'm attempting to use CAPS.
This week has been filled with various entertaining situations. On Sunday we were doing yard work in the evening and of course, Peanut was outside with us. All of a sudden our peaceful evening was interrupted by someone screaming, "Whose dog is this?" We soon realized that Peanut had wandered to the side of our backyard neighbor's house and had met another dog. Well, it's owner, one crazy lady was screaming to get our dog away from her and her dog because Peanut apparently was "terrorizing" her dog and although she had thrown her flip-flop at Peanut, her dog somehow managed to start bleeding. We put our dog inside and Aaron walked out to talk to the lady and she was freaking out. She immediately demanded Aaron's name and house number and threatened to report us to Security since we didn't have our "vicious" dog on a leash. Since Peanut apparently "caused her dog to bleed," Aaron wanted to get a better idea if this 50 pound dog (compared to our 25 pound puppy that likes to lick) was really bleeding. As he stepped forward towards the lady she screamed for him to stay away (like Aaron was going to attack her too). Aaron, all calm and cool, said okay and we walked away from the situation. The next day we were contacted by Security to come in to make a statement regarding the situation. Aaron went in and soon found out that this woman had reported that our dog was terrorizing she and her dog and caused her dog to bleed because she was yanking on his leash to hard. How crazy can this be? The Sergeant quickly assured Aaron that this wasn't the first time this crazy woman had reported another dog and said that we need to keep Peanut on a leash and this is the last we would hear of it. So beware if you ever meet our vicious, terrorizing 25 pound dog, Peanut...she might lick your face.

Work has been busy for both of us so when we're actually home at the same time, we're excited. I will have some great news to report about a new job possibility (it's not solidified yet) next week...

Our weekend got off to a great start last night as we attended a celebration party for the guys in Aaron's squadron that just made Lieutenant. The party was named "Trailer Trash Party," so having had some experience at 255A in this type of party attire, we went dressed appropriately and many people didn't even recognize me. So what do you think? Our outfits only cost us $3 and I'm definitely keeping the jumper. Be sure to notice the cigarette burn on Aaron's shirt and what resides in the hand of the prego lady.
